Los próximos días 10 y 11 de marzo de 2022 en el Hotel Mayorazgo, en plena Gran Vía de Madrid bajo el lema “Reescribiendo el futuro”, tendrá lugar el XV Congreso de APDEP.
La Asociación Profesional de Detectives Privados de España fue fundada en 2001, si bien sus orígenes se remontan a la constitución de la ACBDP, en 1978. En 2001, el entonces Presidente de la Asociación, D. Javier Iglesias, emprende el proyecto de unificación más ambicioso posible: la agrupación de todas las asociaciones de Detectives Privados, nacionales y territoriales, en un único ente, que pasara a representar a la Profesión y que, desde entonces, es la única Asociación de Detectives Privados operativa en todo el territorio nacional.
En la actualidad, la Asociación agrupa al 50% de los profesionales habilitados y al 90% de los despachos de Detectives Privados del país, siendo el interlocutor del sector con la Administración Pública.
Además, la Asociación es la representante de España en la IKD (www.i-k-d.com), federación europea de asociaciones de Detectives Privados e interlocutora en cuestiones de harmonización en el ámbito de la Unión Europea. España preside el “Common Minimum Standard Committee” de IKD, creado al objeto de definir los requisitos mínimos para el acceso a la profesión a nivel europeo.
Aparte de su labor internacional, la APDPE es el estandarte de la profesión de Detective Privado en España, instando las modificaciones legales necesarias para el desarrollo del sector de la Investigación Privada. Entre otros logros, la APDPE fue la promotora de la inclusión del Detective Privado en la vigente Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil, en la normativa registral o en la creación de los colegios profesionales de Detectives Privados de Cataluña, Comunidad Valenciana, Murcia, Galicia y, actualmente en proceso de formación, Madrid y Andalucía. También ha puesto en marcha la creación del Estatuto Propio del Detective Privado.
Sobre el Congreso Anual
Desde 1978 (por su antecesora la ACBDP), la asociación organiza un Congreso Anual de Detectives Privados. Dicho Congreso está abierto a todos los Detectives Privados de España y, desde 2001, a los Detectives extranjeros que cada año nos honran con su presencia.
El motivo del Congreso es siempre doble. Por un lado, debatir abiertamente sobre aquellas cuestiones que afectan a la profesión y sobre las líneas de futuro. Las conclusiones de los congresos guían la labor de la Junta Directiva durante el siguiente año. Por el otro, brindar un escenario lúdico donde se propicie el contacto entre los Detectives Privados de toda España, independientemente del lugar donde tengan su sede profesional. Durante los congresos, se busca y consigue la presencia de profesionales relacionados con el sector de la Investigación Privada. Además de los representantes del resto del colectivo de la Seguridad Privada (Empresas de Seguridad, Personal de Seguridad, Directores de Seguridad, Escoltas, Guardas del Campo, Sindicatos, etc…), la APDPE es honrada con la presencia de miembros de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado y del mundo judicial. Este contacto profesional propicia la mejor simbiosis entre todos, siempre en beneficio de la empresa y el ciudadano, hacia el cual volcamos nuestros esfuerzos.
Los Congresos se articulan alrededor de un tema principal. Entre otros, la Asociación ha dedicado congresos a la declaración de Comon Minnimum Standards a nivel Europeo (2007, en el Auditorio de Congresos de Zaragoza, co-hospedada por el IKD), la Formación del Detective Privado (2008, en la Universidad de Salamanca), la Investigación Económica (2009, en el Hotel Meliá de Benidorm) o la Unificación de Criterios y la Directiva Bolkenstein (2010, en la Universidad de Sevilla).
XV Congreso de APDEP
Bajo el lema “Reescribiendo el futuro” , se celebrará el XV Congreso de APDPE, los días 10 y 11 de marzo de 2022 en el Hotel Mayorazgo, en plena Gran Vía de Madrid.
El Congreso promete ser muy interesante ya que las ponencias de los profesionales añadirán gran valor no solamente por los contenidos, sino también por sus experiencias en el mundo empresarial.

Nueva Presidencia en la APDPE
Desde el pasado 22 de mayo de 2021, la APDPE cuenta con una presidencia y una Junta Directiva nueva.
Francisca Cáceres González, con más de 20 de profesión en el sector de la Investigación Privada, Detective y Criminóloga por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Perito Calígrafo, Grafóloga y Peritación por la Sociedad Española de Peritos Calígrafos. Diplomada en Trabajo Social . Miembro de la Junta Directiva de la APDPE, socia fundadora y Vicepresidenta de la Asociación Profesional de Peritos Calígrafos y Documentólogos de España, y colaboradora y profesora de Pericia Caligráfica y Peritación en diversos Centros Educativos e Instituciones.
Celebration of the XV APDPE Congress
The next days, March 10 and 11, 2022, at the Hotel Mayorazgo, in the middle of Gran Vía in Madrid, under the motto “Rewriting the future”, the XV Congress of APDEP will take place.
The Professional Association of Private Detectives of Spain was founded in 2001, although its origins go back to the constitution of the ACBDP, in 1978. In 2001, the then President of the Association, Mr. Javier Iglesias, undertook the unification project more possible ambitious: the grouping of all the associations of Private Detectives, national and territorial, in a single entity, which will come to represent the Profession and which, since then, is the only Association of Private Detectives operating throughout the national territory.
Currently, the Association brings together 50% of the qualified professionals and 90% of the country’s Private Detective offices, being the sector’s interlocutor with the Public Administration.
In addition, the Association is the representative of Spain in the IKD (www.i-k-d.com), the European Federation of Private Detective associations and an interlocutor in matters of harmonization within the European Union. Spain chairs the IKD «Common Minimum Standard Committee», created for the purpose of defining the minimum requirements for access to the profession at a European level.
Apart from its international work, the APDPE is the standard of the Private Detective profession in Spain, urging the necessary legal modifications for the development of the Private Investigation sector. Among other achievements, the APDPE was the promoter of the inclusion of the Private Detective in the current Law of Civil Procedure, in the registration regulations or in the creation of the professional associations of Private Detectives of Catalonia, the Valencian Community, Murcia, Galicia and, currently, in process of formation, Madrid and Andalusia. It has also launched the creation of the Private Detective’s Own Statute.
About the Annual Congress
Since 1978 (by its predecessor the ACBDP), the association has organized an Annual Congress of Private Detectives. This Congress is open to all Private Detectives in Spain and, since 2001, to foreign Detectives who honor us with their presence every year.
The motive of Congress is always twofold. On the one hand, to openly discuss those issues that affect the profession and future lines. The conclusions of the congresses guide the work of the Board of Directors during the following year. On the other, to provide a playful setting where contact between Private Detectives from all over Spain is encouraged, regardless of where they have their professional headquarters. During the congresses, the presence of professionals related to the Private Investigation sector is sought and achieved. In addition to the representatives of the rest of the Private Security group (Security Companies, Security Personnel, Security Directors, Bodyguards, Camp Guards, Unions, etc…), the APDPE is honored with the presence of members of the State Security Forces and Bodies and the judicial world. This professional contact fosters the best symbiosis among all, always for the benefit of the company and the citizen, towards whom we turn our efforts.
The Congresses are articulated around a main theme. Among others, the Association has dedicated congresses to the declaration of Common Minimum Standards at European level (2007, at the Congress Auditorium of Zaragoza, co-hosted by the IKD), the Private Detective Training (2008, at the University of Salamanca ), Economic Research (2009, at the Meliá Hotel in Benidorm) or the Unification of Criteria and the Bolkenstein Directive (2010, at the University of Seville).

Under the motto «Rewriting the future», the XV APDPE Congress will be held on March 10 and 11, 2022 at the Hotel Mayorazgo, in the heart of Madrid’s Gran Vía.

New Presidency in the APDPE
Since last May 22, 2021, the APDPE has a new presidency and a new Board of Directors.
Francisca Cáceres González, with more than 20 years of profession in the Private Investigation sector, Detective and Criminologist from the Complutense University of Madrid, Expert Calligrapher, Graphologist and Expertise by the Spanish Society of Expert Calligraphers. Diploma in Social Work. Member of the Board of Directors of the APDPE, founding member and Vice President of the Professional Association of Calligraphic Experts and Documentologists of Spain, and collaborator and professor of Calligraphic Expertise and Expertise in various Educational Centers and Institutions.
