El pasado 10, 11 y 12 de Marzo se llevó a cabo el XV Congreso APDPE 2022 en el Hotel Mayorazgo (Madrid). El alto nivel de ponentes, invitados y congresistas, el éxito asistencial y la correcta organización del Congreso dieron lugar a un evento difícil de olvidar.
Tras dos años sin celebración y 3 congresos frustrados por la pandemia, dio lugar en el centro de Madrid el XV Congreso APDPE 2022. El Hotel Mayorazgo acogió a los más de 100 asistentes interesados en dicho congreso y patrocinadores entre los que se destaca Citogen. El jueves por la mañana tuvo lugar el III Encuentro Nacional de Detectives Privados y esa misma tarde, se inició el XV Congreso APDPE.
Tras la inauguración realizada del XV Congreso APDPE 2022 por parte de la presidenta de APDPE, Francisca Cáceres, junto con María Jesús Cantos Cebrián (Responsable del área contra la Violencia de Género, VioGén, del Ministerio del Interior), Manuel Yanguas Menéndez (Comisario principal UCSP), Humberto Urruchi Barrio (Coronel de la Guardia Civil y Jefe del Seprose Madrid), D. César Franco (Vicepresidente de Unión Interprofesional de la Comunidad de Madrid y Decano del Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Industriales de Madrid), Lorenzo Amor Acedo (Presidente de ATA autónomos), se iniciaron ponencias, mesas redondas y talleres de alto nivel y calidad realizadas por profesionales y detectives con temas sobre Marketing y gestión de clientes, éxito en entrevistas de investigación, prevención y protección de la violencia de género, importancia de las profesiones colegiadas, obtener la muestra idónea es la clave en la resolución del caso, los detectives privados como herramientas de prevención, avances y novedades jurídicas sobre el estatuto propio del detective privado, últimos pronunciamientos en jurisprudencia en la sala de lo penal del Tribunal Supremo en torno a la figura del detective privado y, por último, pero no menos importante, el interés legítimo alegado por el cliente y protocolos de actuación en inspecciones.
A estas ponencias, acudieron María Jesús Cantos Cebrián (Responsable del área contra la Violencia de Género, Viogén, del Ministerio del Interior) y Laura López Carballo (Jefa de servicio VioGén), Carmen Balfagón (Decana del Colegio Profesional de Criminología de la Comunidad de Madrid, Colegio miembro de Unión Interprofesional de la Comunidad de Madrid), Laura Zineb (Letrada Servicio Jurídico ATA autónomos), Jorge Salguiero Rodriguez (Director Legal de FES, Presidente AECRA, Vicepresidente AJSE), Manuel Yanguas Menéndez (Comisario principal UCSP) y David Bravo Nuñez (Jefe de la Sección de Colaboración UCSP, Inspector Jefe).
Antes de la clausura del evento, se entregaron las cruces al mérito profesional y asociativo y se entregaron las medallas a la constancia para los detectives privados con más de 20 años de ejercicio profesional.
El evento clausuró con una cena de gala en el Hotel Mayorazgo y música en directo por parte del grupo Marengo Club que amenizó hasta altas horas de la madrugada. El próximo XVI Congreso APDPE 2023 se celebrará en Palma de Mallorca, congreso en el cual ya se ha empezado a trabajar y se espera una gran asistencia por parte de compañeros y compañeras con mucho entusiasmo.

The XV APDPE Congress ended with total success of speakers and professionals
Last March 10th, 11th and 12th, the XV APDPE 2022 Congress was held at the Hotel Mayorazgo (Madrid). The high level of speakers, guests and congress participants, the successful attendance and the correct organization of the Congress resulted in an event difficult to forget.
After two years without celebration and 3 congresses frustrated by the pandemic, the XV APDPE 2022 Congress took place in the center of Madrid. The Hotel Mayorazgo welcomed more than 100 attendees interested in the congress and sponsors among which Citogen stands out. On Thursday morning, the III National Meeting of Private Detectives took place and that same afternoon, the XV APDPE Congress began.
After the opening of the XV Congress APDPE 2022 by the president of APDPE, Francisca Cáceres, together with María Jesús Cantos Cebrián (Head of the area against Gender Violence, VioGén, of the Ministry of Interior), Manuel Yanguas Menéndez (Chief Commissioner UCSP), Humberto Urruchi Barrio (Colonel of the Civil Guard and Head of Seprose Madrid), D. César Franco (Vice President of the Interprofessional Union of the Community of Madrid and Dean of the Official College of Industrial Engineers of Madrid), Lorenzo Amor Acedo (President of ATA autonomous), began presentations, round tables and workshops of high level and quality made by professionals and detectives with topics on Marketing and client management, success in investigative interviews, prevention and protection of gender violence, importance of collegiate professions, obtaining the right sample is the key to solving the case, private detectives as prevention tools, advances and legal developments on the status of the private detective, latest pronouncements in case law in the criminal chamber of the Supreme Court on the figure of the private detective and, last but not least, the legitimate interest alleged by the client and protocols for action in inspections.
These presentations were attended by María Jesús Cantos Cebrián (Head of the area against Gender Violence, Viogén, of the Ministry of the Interior) and Laura López Carballo (Head of VioGén service), Carmen Balfagón (Dean of the Professional Association of Criminology of the Community of Madrid, College member of the Interprofessional Union of the Community of Madrid), Laura Zineb (Lawyer Legal Service ATA self-employed), Jorge Salguiero Rodriguez (Legal Director of FES, President AECRA, Vice President AJSE), Manuel Yanguas Menéndez (Chief Commissioner UCSP) and David Bravo Nuñez (Head of the Section of Collaboration UCSP, Chief Inspector).
Before the closing of the event, the professional and associative merit crosses were awarded and medals for constancy were presented to private detectives with more than 20 years of professional practice.
The event closed with a gala dinner at the Mayorazgo Hotel and live music by the Marengo Club group that entertained until the wee hours of the morning. The next XVI APDPE Congress 2023 will be held in Palma de Mallorca, a congress on which work has already begun and is expected to be well attended by enthusiastic colleagues.
